Connect your subdomain to custom.ez.link like a pro

1Access Your DNS Provider

Log into your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.)

2Create a CNAME Record

Add a new CNAME record with the following settings:

Type: CNAME Name: [your-subdomain] Value: custom.ez.link TTL: 300 (or Auto)
Example:
If you want app.yourdomain.com to point to our service:

Name: app
Value: custom.ez.link

3Save and Wait for Propagation

Save your DNS changes. It may take 5-60 minutes for the changes to propagate worldwide.

⚠️ Important: DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours in some cases, but usually happens within 5-30 minutes.

4Test Your Setup

Once propagated, your subdomain should point to custom.ez.link and work with our service!

💡 Common Issues & Solutions

  • CNAME not found: Wait longer for propagation or check your DNS settings
  • Wrong value: Make sure the CNAME points exactly to "custom.ez.link"
  • Root domain issues: Use a subdomain (www, app, etc.) instead of the root domain
  • Still not working? Contact your DNS provider for assistance
